SSC- School Site Council
The School Site Council (SSC) consists of parents, students, teachers, staff, and administrators who adopt, develop, and revise the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). This council monitors the plan’s implementation and ensures the Title I federal budgets are aligned with the goals identified in the SPSA. The dedicated members of this council meet monthly or more frequently as needed.
ELAC- English Language Advisory Committee
The parents of students who are English language learners and English language learner students are elected to serve on the English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC). The ELAC meets monthly to determine the needs of the school's English language learner students and how to utilize school and district resources, including Title I funds, to meet those needs. They also ensure compliance with Federal and state regulations and policies. The ELAC members write recommendations to the School Site Council for final consideration.
Parent and Family Engagement Policy and School Compact
The School Site Council and English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) have worked to revise and update our Parent and Family Engagement Policy and School Compact.
The Parent and Family Engagement Policy and Compact were distributed to all parents and students on December 17, 2022.
